All set to party as Higham Lane School Celebrates its
70th Anniversary on 17th July

On Saturday 17th July, Nuneaton 's Higham Lane School will fling open the gates for a Fun Day to celebrate their 70 th Anniversary year and the Nuneaton based Air Cadets will be helping to make the party go with a bang with displays by their Field Gun team and Band.

The 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron Naval Field Gun Team and the Air Cadet Band will be providing two of the many displays within the main arena. There will also be demonstrations of falconry, Chinese Lion dancing and Dog Training. The Schools students will also be showing off their musical, vocal and dancing talents.

With a full schedule of arena performances, a host of fun stalls and displays by other local community groups there's going to be something for everyone. Students, ex-pupils, parent and fun-seekers are all invited to come along and join the party.

The Fun Day on the 17 th July at Shanklin Drive 's Higham Lane School will run from 10am until 4pm and all profits made from the 50p per person entry fee will be used to improve student facilities.
