Royal Warwickshire Regiment and other ex-service organisations from across the county will gather in Nuneaton 's Riversly Park on Wednesday 6th June 2012 at 18:45hrs to remember the Sword Beach D-Day actions of the 'Royal Warwicks' which took place on Jun 6th 1944 .
The parade of veterans and standards will form up on the path near the tunnel in Riversley Park Nuneaton at 18:45hrs
The band of 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron Air Training Corps will lead the parade of Standards ex service and cadet contingents as they march through Nuneaton's Riversly Park to the Royal Warwickshire Regiment Memorial at the rear of the museum for an open air service to remember the men of the 'Royal Warwicks' who took part in the biggest seaborne invasion in history.
Members of ex-service organizations and the public are invited to join the service
