Bedworth Armistice Day Parade 11 Nov 13

On the 11th day of the 11th month thousands of veterans from all over the country will be marching through the town of Bedworth as part of the colourful Armistice Day Parade of Bands, British Legion and Regimental Standards.

Hundreds of young people will also be joining the veterans in Bedworth on Monday 11th November to honour the heroes of Wars past and present. The Drummers of the Band of 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron headed by their Drum Major carrying the Memorial Mace, which bears the name of Bedworth's own music loving War Hero Sergeant Dennis Wale, will be leading the contingent of Air cadets from Squadrons within the Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing.

The Parade through the town will start at 10.15am from Church Walk

Service commences at 10.45am in Coventry Road Cemetery.

The Bedworth Armistice Day Parade and Service is organised by the Bedworth Armistice Day Committee and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
